Contract and Lease Review

The contract you enter into can make you or break you.  Having a fresh set of eyes that is familiar with your business and your industry review proposed contract is critical.  Working with your team to draft contracts that protect your interests and assure your expectations are included in the written document is critical. Napkins and handshakes establish a relationship and business partner, but like a marriage it doesn’t always work out.  A contract is there to protect you and your expectations as much as possible.

It’s not all about the monthly lease payment.  The lease you enter into may be great today – but what if you are growing so fast you need to get out of the lease – or your landlord leased the space next door to your competition – you find, or the government finds toxic waste on the property.
